Applying Single Window mechanism for listed organizations and trading registered on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX)
|
Currently, listed organizations and trading registered on the Stock Exchanges are required to apply the Single Window mechanism through the Single Window system of the State Securities Commission (SSC) in accordance with Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the Single Window mechanism in the Securities Market. Accordingly, listed organizations and trading registered companies are required to submit reports and use the Single Window system for both SSC and the Stock Exchange where the company’s shares are listed and traded.
To reduce the reporting burden, the SSC has implemented technological solutions and synchronized business requirements, specifically unifying a single reporting window for listed organizations and trading registered on the Stock Exchange.
The SSC has also instructed related units to carry out tasks of adjusting the Single Window system and related documents, meeting the requirements of technology connection and data exchange between the SSC and the Stock Exchange as soon as possible so that listed organizations and trading registered companies only need to report and use the Single Window system at the single window of the Stock Exchange where the company is listed and traded.
As of now, the Single Window reporting system through HNX is ready for operation and will be implemented first for 321 listed companies and 869 trading registered companies. After the implementation at HNX, the SSC will continue to implement the Single Window mechanism for listed companies on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).
The implementation of the Single Window mechanism through a single window is one of the solutions of the SSC to reduce administrative procedures, reduce costs for businesses, and enhance the efficiency and timeliness of information dissemination.
