The main business activity is software publishing. The company’s representative is Mr. Tran Nhan Anh.
Previously, on social media, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quang has expressed his interest in AI many times, especially with tools like ChatGPT. In a post in March 2023, Mr. Quang announced that Bkav had made progress in blocking spam messages and emails thanks to the AI natural language processing model.

Bkav CEO confidently asserts that “Vietnam can become the world’s number one in AI”, particularly in “Applied AI”. “For example, at Bkav, we develop AI to apply to cattle farming, forest fire prevention, and monitoring of construction works”, Bkav CEO said.
BKAVGPT Joint Stock Company was established on January 22, 2024, at a time when one of Bkav’s subsidiary companies, BHS Electronics Joint Stock Company, was accused by employees of owing salaries.

Previously, according to the feedback from many workers to Lao Dong, BHS Company showed signs of delayed salaries since June 2023. Mr. Tran Xuan Hoa, one of the employees of the company, owed nearly 40 million VND. Ms. Tran Thi Nhan owed 75 million VND. Another anonymous worker owed over 47 million VND.
After several promises, BHS Company has not fully paid salaries to workers yet. Most recently, when contacted by a reporter from Lao Dong about the incident, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quang said: “I criticize you, a major issue for the business without directly contacting the business, I will file a lawsuit.”
Some workers of BHS Company, including Mr. Tran Xuan Hoa, declared that they would sue the former company in court. “After several promises, I feel that the company is deceiving, not respecting workers, not fulfilling responsibilities to state agencies”, Mr. Hoa shared with Lao Dong.
