On March 2, the Nghệ An Provincial Tax Department announced that it has publicly released a list of taxpayers with outstanding tax debts and other payments owed to the State budget.
According to the announcement, as of January 31, there are 48 individuals and entities with outstanding tax debts and other payments owed to the State budget, totaling nearly 2.6 trillion VND.
Topping the list is a real estate and construction business located in Hưng Dũng Ward, Vinh City, Nghệ An, with a debt of over 1.4 trillion VND. According to the tax code lookup information, the company has been in debt since March 29, 2002, and is classified as a non-state-owned joint stock company. It is licensed to operate in industries such as industrial tree planting, mineral mining; production, trading of food, beer, beverages, drugs, machinery, materials; construction works; and real estate business.
Next on the list is Thiên Minh Đức Group Joint Stock Company (located at 2 Lê Mao Street, Vinh City), with a debt of over 954 billion VND (nearly 500 billion VND has been paid into the fuel stabilization fund).
