Especially, it must implement the principle of maintaining a harmonious environment with the natural ecosystem and environmental sanitation. This is the world’s choice of transformation. Therefore, Deputy Prime Minister made it clear that this is the orientation and prerequisite for the development of concentrated industrial-urban-service areas.

Deputy Prime Minister called for a mindset shift and a digital transformation approach, green infrastructure for leading enterprises in the field of industrial park infrastructure development investment. Regarding industrial development, Becamex and VSIP need to be pioneers in this transformation and need to establish their own new criteria, as a basis for choosing green and clean technologies, eco-friendly industrial zones.

The industrial park must be a place for research, application of innovative and creative science and technology. Therefore, the criteria for selecting investors must be investors with green and clean technologies, committed to transformation and technology transfer; investing in research and deployment here.

In addition, the industrial park must not exceed the standard emissions into the environment, solid waste must be treated and recycled. Planning and investment in the development of urban areas associated with industry need to aim for green, smart, sustainable, and distinctive urban areas with synchronized infrastructure.
