The new urban area of Hoang Van Thu in Hoang Van Thu, Thinh Liet, Yen So (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) is included in the 2024 inspection plan of Hanoi People’s Committee.
According to the inspection plan and evaluation of the city’s investment projects recently issued by Hanoi People’s Committee, in 2024, Hanoi will conduct inspections on 99 investment projects, including 50 ongoing projects from the 2023 plan and 49 new projects.
Notably, on the list of projects outside the city budget, there are several urban and housing projects including: Minh Duong – Son Dong New Urban Area (Minh Duong – Son Dong Urban Area) by Minh Duong Joint Stock Company; Thuan Nghe New Urban Area by Binh Minh Construction Group; Hoang Van Thu New Urban Area in Hoang Van Thu, Thinh Liet, Yen So (Hoang Mai District) by Hoang Mai Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company (in cooperation with New Home Real Estate Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation (UDIC)).
Similarly, there is a mixed-use residential complex project combined with commercial and office space for lease at 176 Dinh Cong, Dinh Cong Ward, Hoang Mai District by Hanoi Grain and Food Processing Trading Joint Stock Company (in cooperation with Song Hong Real Estate Trading Joint Stock Company).
The list of inspection projects also includes rural residential and product introduction areas in Tien Phong and Hien Giang communes, Thuong Tin District, developed by Thuong Tin Housing Development Limited Liability Company, etc.
In addition, there are also commercial and service projects on the inspection list, such as: Office combined with information training center on land lot X1, Mai Dich Ward (Cau Giay District); Mixed-use office, commercial, and hotel project in Ngoc Lam Ward (Long Bien District) by Duyen Ha Import Export Trading Joint Stock Company, etc.
An example is the Orient Star Hotel project at 269 Kim Ma, Giang Vo Ward, Ba Dinh District by Sao Phuong Dong Travel and Trading Joint Stock Company.
It is known that the Orient Star Hotel project started construction at the end of 2011, with a total area of 3,485m2, including 17 floors, 1 mezzanine floor, 2 technical floors, and a building height of 62.2m. The project has completed the construction phase but has been abandoned for many years.
