At the Forum, witnessed by the Prime Minister of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh, the Vietnamese and Australian Ministries, Mr. Dinh Quoc Lam – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Power Generation Corporation 3 and Ms. Penny Pickett – Director of Australian Region of CORIO GENERATION signed and exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in developing offshore wind projects in Vietnam.
