FPT Telecom is honored to have won two major awards: Top 1 Most Favorite Telecom Employer and Top 2 Most Favorite Employer in the Large Enterprises category.
These awards are organized by Career Viet in collaboration with Amco Vietnam Market Research Company to ensure the transparency and credibility of the awards. The survey process started on November 28, 2023, and online voting ended on January 9, 2024, with the participation of over 300 companies from various industries.
It is known that the survey attracted more than 62,000 interests from different age groups and industries in provinces and cities nationwide, with nearly 40,000 surveys based on criteria such as talent attraction and retention policies, suitability to the labor market, corporate social responsibility, work environment, good care of human resources, and personnel development.
It can be said that the Most Favorite Employer award is evidence of the trust and high evaluation of candidates for the working environment of FPT as well as FPT Telecom in the labor market. With a series of activities, events, and playgrounds implemented vigorously in 2023, FPT Telecom has conveyed an image of a youthful, dynamic employer to attract students and external candidates to join FPT Telecom.
Parallel to that are efforts to focus on resource development, diversify welfare packages, and create an open working environment, aiming to create happiness for each officer and employee. This is because human factors have been, are, and will always be the focus of FPT Telecom’s strategy.

This is not the first time that FPT Telecom has received prestigious awards as one of the most attractive employers for the youngest generations in Vietnam. In 2019, FPT Telecom ranked first in the Top Most Favorite Employers announced by the job and recruitment website CareerBuilder.vn.
In the following years, according to the annual non-profit survey results of CareerBuilder Vietnam, FPT Telecom has been ranked Top 5 in the Most Favorite Recruitment Brand in 2022.
