According to the plan, the Government Inspectorate will conduct an inspection of the public officials’ responsibilities, civil servants, and officials in the resolution of administrative procedures, providing public services to people and businesses in the province within 45 days from March 1. When necessary, it may inspect related content before or after the inspection period.
Speaking at the working session, Deputy Head of Department II of the Government Inspectorate Do Manh Hung emphasized that the purpose of the inspection is to recognize and discover positive factors, good practices in handling administrative procedures to propose replication nationwide. At the same time, the inspection points out shortcomings and existing issues, thereby recommending reform solutions and adjustments to enhance support for people and businesses in implementing administrative procedures.

Mr. Hung hopes that Bac Ninh province and departments, localities, and organizations will cooperate and provide sufficient documents according to the required content and deadlines to help the inspection team complete its assigned tasks well.
On behalf of the leaders of Bac Ninh province, Deputy Permanent Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan expects that through the inspection, the Government Inspectorate will continue to pay attention, make recommendations, and point out strengths and weaknesses for Bac Ninh to better perform its leadership role in improving the efficiency of handling administrative procedures, providing public services to people and businesses in the future.

Mr. Tuan suggests that provincial departments, localities, and organizations in Bac Ninh province that are subject to inspection should work with a sense of responsibility, seriousness, and strictly follow the regulations on speech and provide sufficient records and content documents according to the inspection team’s schedule. The Provincial Inspectorate of Bac Ninh is the focal agency coordinating with the Provincial People’s Committee Office and relevant units to prepare favorable conditions during the inspection team’s working time in Bac Ninh.
