Hong Kong “tycoon” surveys industrial zones in Hai Phong, Vietnam

Recently, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hai Phong City, Hoang Minh Cuong, received and worked with the working delegation of Sunwah Group from Hong Kong, China, led by Mr. Jesse Choi, Southeast Asia Regional Director. The meeting was also attended by leaders of relevant departments and agencies in the city.

Vice Chairman Hoang Minh Cuong warmly welcomed the working delegation of Sunwah Group to Hai Phong city. Highlighting some prominent achievements and potential, as well as the position of Hai Phong city, Vice Chairman Hoang Minh Cuong emphasized that Hai Phong always welcomes and creates favorable conditions for businesses to explore, connect, cooperate, and develop in various fields.

At the same time, with the strength of being an international conglomerate operating in 8 sectors and having over 50 years of experience in Vietnam, Sunwah Group will directly invest and be a bridge, organizer, and supporter for large business delegations and Chinese partners coming to Hai Phong. During this visit, Sunwah surveyed some industrial parks, aiming to understand industrial real estate and priority sectors in Hai Phong city for investment attraction. Mr. Jesse Choi also hopes to find investment opportunities in Hai Phong. At the same time, he will gather more information about the situation and cooperation between Hai Phong and Chinese localities in order to support the city in deepening and expanding new cooperative relationships, together with development and success.
