The project will be built on an area of about 13.8ha in the Nghinh Phong Cape area with a total investment capital of over 10,716 billion VND.
The form of investor selection is auctioning the land use rights according to the provisions of the land law. The project will operate for 50 years from the date of the decision to recognize the auction results of the land use rights.
The investment objective of the project is to build and develop a high-end resort and commercial tourism complex, taking advantage of the existing natural landscape; organize various forms of entertainment and relaxation with diverse and upscale models; in order to develop and create new products to serve tourists in Vung Tau City and the province.
