Businesses confirm cash dividend payment in the week of 11-15/03/2024

Businesses with the highest cash dividend payment rate next week is BTP (Bà Rịa Thermal Power Plant). This can be seen as a “big move”, as 26.47% is the highest dividend rate ever recorded by BTP. The ex-dividend date is 14/03, expected payment date is 29/03/2024.

With 60.5 million shares in circulation, BTP is estimated to need more than 160 billion VND for this dividend payout. This payment has been proposed by BTP and approved by the Shareholders’ General Meeting in late December 2023.

In second place is DSN (Dam Sen Water Park) with a rate of 16% (1,600 VND/share), which is the remaining dividend for the year 2023. In the market, DSN has more than 12 million shares in circulation, so it is estimated to require about 19 billion VND for the payout. The ex-dividend date is 14/03, expected payment date is 03/04/2024

Previously on January 12, DSN has paid nearly 29 billion VND as an interim dividend for the year 2023 at a rate of 24% (equivalent to the minimum rate approved by the Annual General Meeting 2023). Thus, the company has completed the dividend plan for the past year with a total rate of 40%, equivalent to more than 48 billion VND.

Lafooco (LAF) ranks third with a rate of 10% (equivalent to 1,000 VND per share). With nearly 14.8 million shares in circulation, LAF is estimated to pay about 14.8 billion VND to complete the payment. The ex-dividend date is 14/03, expected payment date is 12/04/2024.

Next week, there will be no businesses that pay dividend in the form of shares.
