The Land Development Center of Mê Linh District stated that it is currently coordinating with a unit to conduct the auction and receive auction documents for the land use rights of 19 land plots in Chu Tran Village, Tien Thinh Commune, Mê Linh District, Hanoi.
The auctioned land plots have an area ranging from 90.7m2 to 101.1m2; the starting price ranges from 23.2 million dong/m2 to 30 million dong/m2. The auction session is scheduled to be held on March 16. The auctioned land is located about 1km from the intersection of Ring Road 4 and Mê Linh Road, which is very convenient for economic and service development.
As of December 31, 2023, the entire Mê Linh District has held 16 land auctions at 8 projects, contributing nearly 760 billion dong to the budget, exceeding the 30% target and ranking third in terms of land auction revenue among all districts of Hanoi.
It can be mentioned that the land auction session for 70 land plots in Chu Tran Village, Tien Thinh Commune on the afternoon of December 30, 2023 attracted about 300 participants. As a result, 46 land plots were successfully auctioned, fetching more than 150 billion dong, exceeding the starting price by 25 billion dong.
Another example is the auction session for 35 land plots on October 26, 2023 in Tam Dong Commune, which generated 106 billion dong for the budget; the auction session for 43 land plots on September 11, 2023 in Xa Mac Village, Lien Mac Commune, which earned over 100 billion dong…
Recently, the auction session for land use rights for 47 land plots in Chu Tran Village, Tien Thinh Commune, phase 2, was successfully conducted on January 30, bringing in more than 136 billion dong for the budget, exceeding the starting price by more than 23 billion dong.
In 2025, 1,000 land plots will be auctioned
In 2025, the Mê Linh District People’s Committee plans to implement 14 projects, with a land area of 11 hectares, auctioning about 1,000 land plots. According to the Mê Linh District People’s Committee, the auctioned land plots are all located in the central areas of communes, towns, adjacent to transportation routes, urban areas… which are convenient for economic and service development. Currently, the planned land plots for auction have been detailed planned at a scale of 1/500 by the district. Relevant authorities are currently completing the auction documents and constructing technical infrastructure. In particular, investors participating in land auctions in Mê Linh District will be fully supported with procedures such as purchasing documents, making payments, shortening the time to issue land use rights certificates so that people do not have to travel back and forth.
