HDBank offers a 2,000 billion VND credit package for electronic invoice system stores.

Starting from 01/03/2024, HDBank is launching a program that offers a comprehensive solution package and a credit package worth 2,000 billion VND to support gasoline stations nationwide in implementing an electronic invoice system. The program will cover up to 60% of the investment cost.

From then on, petrol stations will have an additional channel of support to invest in and equip systems to automatically issue e-invoices to customers in accordance with the Prime Minister’s Directive.

Up to now, HDBank is the first and only bank to provide a comprehensive solution to support petrol stations in implementing e-invoicing. The solution will include comprehensive solutions from payment, payment management, sales log tracking/management, and automatic e-invoice issuance.

At the same time, HDBank is offering a credit package of VND 2,000 billion to finance the automatic e-invoicing software upgrade system for petrol stations. Specifically, HDBank will finance up to 60% of the investment costs, with a maximum loan term of 3 years and no collateral requirements.

With this comprehensive solution and favorable funding source, HDBank is actively supporting petroleum businesses to proactively seize business opportunities, accelerate digital transformation, and promote cashless payments to meet practical needs, keep up with the times, and fully comply with legal regulations and relevant authorities.

Prior to that, in Dispatch No. 1284/CĐ-TTg dated December 1, 2023, on enhancing the management and use of e-invoices for petroleum business activities, the Prime Minister requested the Minister of Finance to chair and coordinate with the leaders of ministries, sectors, and chairpersons of People’s Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces to immediately implement synchronous, effective, and determined solutions, requiring petroleum business units to issue e-invoices for each sale at retail petrol stations and connect data with tax authorities as prescribed.

In the past years, HDBank has coordinated the deployment of non-cash payment services at petrol stations nationwide. As of the end of 2023, HDBank has coordinated the deployment of non-cash payments at 2,500 petrol stations belonging to Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex).
