Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, born in 1974, graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology with a major in Computer Science. He joined FPT in 1996 and was one of the first leaders to carry out the Group’s Globalization mission, and was appointed as Director of FPT Technology in India in 1999.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Tuan held several leadership positions in FPT‘s subsidiaries such as CEO of FPT Software in Ho Chi Minh City (2004-2011), Deputy CEO of FPT Software (2005-2011), CEO of FPT Technology Solutions Company (2012-2014), and CEO of FPT Information System Company (2014-2018). During his 6 years as CEO of FPT Software (from March 2018), he and his leadership team successfully achieved over $1 billion in revenue from foreign markets.
Also as part of the personnel planning and leadership rotation program, Mr. Hoang Viet Anh will not continue to serve as Deputy CEO of FPT – in charge of Digital Transformation and Technology after the completion of his two terms (2018-2024). He will focus on his positions as Chairman of FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company (FOX on UPCoM) and Chairman of FPT Digital Co., Ltd.

Mr. Hoang Viet Anh, born in 1975, joined FPT in 1993 while he was still a student at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Prior to his current role, he has held various important positions such as CEO of FPT Telecom (2018-2023), CEO of FPT Software (2015-2018), Deputy CEO of FPT Software (April-July 2015), Director of Strategic Software Unit 1 at FPT Software (2012-2015), and Director of FPT Asia-Pacific (2007-2012). He was appointed Chairman of FPT Telecom since April 2023 and Chairman of FPT Digital since February 2021.
