The Economic Police Department of Quang Ngai Province Police has conveyed the Decision to initiate a criminal case and execute the search warrant for the residence and workplace of the suspect N.T.V (born in 1978, residing in Nguyen Nghiem Ward, Quang Ngai City).
The suspect N.T.V was charged with “Violating regulations on bidding causing serious consequences”, which occurred at the Application and Service Center for Science and Technology in Quang Ngai province under the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Ngai province.
In particular, Mr. N.T.V, the Director of the Production and Trading Company Limited, committed fraud in the bidding process for the procurement of machinery and specialized equipment at the Information and Application Center for Science and Technology in Quang Ngai province (now the Application and Service Center for Science and Technology in Quang Ngai province), causing damage to the state budget.
Currently, the case is being investigated and processed by the Investigative Police Agency of Quang Ngai Province Police according to the provisions of the law.
