Specifically, for the commercial housing projects, there are 70 projects removed from the 2021-2025 implementation plan with a land area of ​​1,896.47 hectares (some localities have more projects such as Thanh Hoa city with 8 projects, Bim Son town with 9 projects; Dong Son district with 8 projects, Quang Xuong district with 7 projects, Thieu Hoa district with 7 projects…); adjusted 121 projects with a total reduced land area of ​​130.54 hectares; supplemented 128 projects with a land area of ​​1,370.29 hectares.
The new project in Quang Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa City is in the process of completion.
For the resettlement housing projects, 2 projects (Khu xen cu, tai dinh cu Dong Vet, Quang Vinh Ward, Sam Son City; Technical infrastructure for the residential resettlement area at Dinh Tan, Thieu Phu Commune, Thieu Hoa town, Thieu Hoa district), will be removed from the 2021-2025 implementation plan with an area of ​​5.0 hectares; supplemented with 2 projects with an area of ​​5.0 hectares (Resettlement area Quang Vinh 1, Sam Son City; Technical infrastructure for the residential resettlement area, Thieu Trung commune, Thieu Hoa district).
Previously, according to the Department of Construction, in Thanh Hoa Province, 14 commercial housing projects have chosen investors but have not allocated land funds for the construction of social housing. There is 1 project that has been converted into a resettlement area that is not required to allocate land funds for social housing, and 13 projects have not been allocated or have not allocated enough land funds for social housing.
Specifically, these projects are: Dong Hai urban area, resettlement area of ​​Quang Thanh ward (phase 2, 3), residential area of ​​Tan Tho village, FLC Sam Son ecological urban area, beach square urban area of ​​Sam Son City, residential and commercial service area of ​​Quang Phu commune, Dong Huong water park… Currently, these projects are being implemented. The difficulties will be considered by the relevant agencies for each specific case to resolve in accordance with regulations.
