The high-end Industrial Center Yen Phong 2C (Industrial Center YP2C) industrial real estate project by GELEX Corporation and Frasers Property Vietnam is located in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Zone, Dong Tien commune, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province. The project is designed and constructed with premium ready-built factory, integrated warehouse, including 3-in-1 ready-built factory with exhibition area, office workspace, and production area. Each ready-built factory has an area ranging from 1,500 – 2,500m2, premium ready-built factories have an area ranging from 2,700 – 3,200m2, and integrated warehouses have an area of 6,000m2. Additionally, the project also allocates 7,000m2 for relaxation and entertainment spaces to provide the best experience for tenants.
The project is designed to comply with LEED certification criteria (leading international standards for energy and environmental design) in applying sustainable construction criteria and technological features to support increased work efficiency and tenant welfare; including the use of environmentally friendly building materials, maximizing natural lighting to promote energy efficiency, and helping to improve the lifespan and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
Expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024, Industrial Center YP2C project will provide premium ready-built factories, integrated warehouses with flexible designs, ready to meet the unique needs of each customer.
The project marks the beginning of the cooperation between GELEX Corporation and Frasers Property Vietnam, a part of Frasers Property Group – a multinational corporation specializing in owning, operating, and developing real estate products and services, headquartered in Singapore, expected to elevate industrial parks in key economic areas in northern Vietnam to a new level.
Industrial Center Yen Phong 2C is expected to be completed in Q2 2024.
