After the above-mentioned period, if the safe and smooth operation conditions are not met, toll collection must be suspended until Provincial Road 155 ensures normal operation conditions. After completing the construction of related items and ensuring the safe operation conditions of the road, the project business will report to the People’s Committee of Lao Cai Province (via the Department of Transport and Transport) to continue allowing toll collection as prescribed.
The construction contractor focuses on completing Package XL08 according to the project contract schedule and the signed contract appendices. The construction process must ensure safety, not affect the normal exploitation and operation of the project, and comply with the approved contents.
Urgently prepare a feasibility study report to adjust the project for submission to the competent authority for approval as prescribed.
