According to the content in the memorandum of cooperation, with the goal of attracting investment to develop the economy and society, restructuring the economy, developing sustainable industries, and protecting the green-clean-beautiful environment, creating jobs for workers, and promoting the economic and social development of the locality, Nam Dinh province encourages and creates conditions for XGIMI to research and deploy investment in the project of producing multi-functional smart projectors and laser TVs in My Thuan Industrial Park.
XGIMI was established in 2013 in China and is a high-tech company specializing in the design and production of high-performance smart projectors and multi-functional laser TVs. The company’s overseas consumer market is mainly in the United States and Europe.
The Management Board of Nam Dinh Industrial Parks commits to always accompany and create favorable conditions for investors to study and survey the project; together with the relevant departments and localities, support and guide XGIMI Company on the necessary procedures during the research and investment process of the project.
On the part of XGIMI, the company commits to always make efforts to perform related tasks in accordance with the guidance and regulations of the law; if granted the authority to issue an investment registration certificate, the company will apply modern and environmentally friendly technologies and complete the project as soon as possible to bring products to the market and contribute to the local economic development.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of XGIMI Technology Co., Ltd., Chung Ba expressed his desire for Nam Dinh authorities to create conditions to complete Phase 1 construction of the project with a total investment capital of about 30 million USD and put the factory into operation in 2024.
At the same time, he believes that investing in a manufacturing plant in Nam Dinh will help the company effectively and quickly achieve its goal of continuously developing the scale and position of its foreign factories.
Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People’s Committee, Pham Dinh Nghi, affirmed that the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between the Management Board of Industrial Parks and XGIMI Technology Co., Ltd. is a basis for both parties to proceed with the next procedures to invest in the province.
Nam Dinh province commits to create maximum favorable conditions for investors within the framework of legal regulations and will support XGIMI in quickly resolving all administrative procedures. Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People’s Committee believes that with its capacity and experience, XGIMI will soon put the projector and laser TV production project into operation, contributing to increasing revenue for the provincial budget.
