However, this is a normal activity as the enterprise has been involved in a series of scandals related to wrongdoings in other localities; no abnormalities have been detected for the project currently underway in Binh Duong Province.
In Binh Duong Province, the project related to Thuan An Group is the Bac Tan Uyen – Phu Giao – Bau Bang Force Road.
At the beginning of October 2021, Binh Duong started the construction of the road from Tam Lap commune to Bau Bang, the construction of the road from Tan Long to Lai Uyen, which are part of the Bac Tan Uyen – Phu Giao – Bau Bang Force Road Project.
The Bac Tan Uyen – Phu Giao – Bau Bang Force Road Project is being built by three different companies, including Thuan An Group.
The Bac Tan Uyen – Phu Giao – Bau Bang Force Road is a Group B project, a Class II traffic project. The total investment is over 3,800 billion VND.

Particularly, the bid package for the construction of phase 1 of the Road Construction Project from Tam Lap junction to Bau Bang has a bid-winning price of over 1,000 billion VND, which is implemented by Thuan An Group in a joint venture with other companies.
The Bac Tan Uyen – Phu Giao – Bau Bang Force Road is 48 km long, divided into 4 component projects, of which one of the above component projects has been completed and put into use, and the other 3 component projects of the project are being accelerated for commissioning this year.
The project’s design speed is 80 km/h with 6 lanes and an asphalt concrete road surface. Along the entire route from Tam Lap Junction to Bau Bang, there are 4 bridges built of prestressed reinforced concrete with a design life of 100 years.
The Bac Tan Uyen – Phu Giao – Bau Bang Force Road Project is a key traffic project of Binh Duong Province. The project connects Bac Tan Uyen, Phu Giao, and Bau Bang districts (Binh Duong) with Binh Phuoc province, creating conditions to reduce travel time and transportation costs of goods to important traffic hubs.
Previously, the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security prosecuted 6 subjects related to the violations that occurred at Thuan An Company and related units and organizations. Thuan An Group was established in 2004, with Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung as its chairman. This enterprise has won many bid packages in several provinces and cities.
