This result has caused many surprises, because in the first half of 2023, the Company even lost nearly VND 20 billion (compared to the same period, it made a profit of more than VND 169 billion).

The owner’s equity at the end of 2023 was nearly VND 4 trillion, an increase of 10% compared to the previous year. The ratio of debt to owner’s equity decreased from 1.71 times to 1.38 times, corresponding to a total debt of nearly VND 5.5 trillion, 11% lower than the previous year.
The bond debt over equity capital decreased slightly from 0.28 times to 0.25 times, corresponding to a total bond debt of nearly VND 992 billion. ROE decreased slightly, from 12.4% to 11.56%.
Currently, Greenfeed still has a bond issuance with code GFVCH2128001 with a total value of VND 1,000 billion. This lot has a term of 84 months, issued on November 03, 2021, and matures on June 15, 2028. Vietcombank Securities Company (VCBS) acts as the organization advising, registering, issuing and managing transfer for the bond issuance.
The interest rate applied to the bond is 6.53%/year, with an interest payment period of 6 months/time. The Company still fulfills its obligation to pay interest on this bond issuance.
This is a non-convertible, non-warrented bond with collateral and guaranteed payment. The bondholder is the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In which, the secured asset is 100% of the contributed capital at GreenFarm Company Limited and LinkFarm Company Limited (both owned by Greenfeed) together with all related or arising rights and income.
