Ethereum Layer-2 Network, Base, Sets Record with 21,700 Contract Deployments on April 20th.
According to cryptocurrency reporter Colin Wu who shared a post on Twitter, the Base Network hit a record high in contract deployments, reaching 21,700 on April 20th.
Furthermore, Token Terminal reiterated a previous statement by Base protocol lead, Jesse Pollak, which stated that Base has a vision to reach 1 million developers.
Pollak previously stated that Base’s goal is “a million developers and a billion users.” He stated:
Just 10 months since inception, the Base network has 22,000 developers building applications every single day.
According to Token Terminal, daily active users have surged by over 45% to 352.7K while monthly active users have hit 3.8 million, marking a 63.1% increase.
