**Personal Reasons**
Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc, the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors (BOD) of Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land – Stock code: SCR), has just submitted her resignation letter, citing personal reasons. The BOD will submit the letter to the shareholders’ meeting for consideration and approval, and the dismissal procedure will follow the regulations of the law and the company’s charter.
Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc has been the Chairwoman of TTC Land’s BOD since April 25, 2022. Ms. Ngoc is also the Senior Vice President and General Director of TTC Group.

At the 2023 shareholders’ meeting, TTC Land will present to the shareholders the agendas regarding the dismissal, change in the number, and election of additional BOD members. TTC Land also announced a list of candidates nominated by a group of shareholders for the position of new BOD member, including Mr. Le Quang Vu and Mr. Pham Trung Kien.
The 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Nhat Viet Securities Corporation (Stock code: VFS) approved the plan to offer 120 million shares to existing shareholders and issue 9.6 million shares to pay dividends. Notably, the meeting elected the BOD for the 2024-2029 term, including Ms. Nghiem Phuong Nhi, Mr. Tran Anh Thang, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, Mr. Hoang The Hung, and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Diep.
The VFS BOD also elected Ms. Nghiem Phuong Nhi as Chairwoman of the BOD. Ms. Nhi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the National Economics University, Saxion University – Deventer (Netherlands), and completed a Master’s program at the University of Nijmegen (Netherlands) specializing in Business Management.
From 2008 to 2023, Ms. Phuong Nhi was the Head of Investment Finance at Viettel Group and held senior positions, such as Member of the BOD of Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation, Member of the BOD of Vietnam Import-Export and Construction Joint Stock Corporation, and Member of the BOD of Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation.
Currently, Ms. Phuong Nhi is the Chairwoman of Hoa An Financial Investment Joint Stock Company and the Chairwoman of Amber Fund Management Joint Stock Company.
Mr. Dao Phuc Tri, a founding shareholder of Yeah1 Group Joint Stock Company (Stock code: YEG), has just submitted a resignation letter from the position of member of YEG’s BOD, citing personal work reasons. The company will present the issue of dismissing and electing additional members of the BOD at the next shareholders’ meeting.
