Recently, the leader of Bien Hoa City has proposed the land plots suitable for planning to convert land from the urban project to a resettlement area, including:
Oil Company Land, Quyet Thang Ward; Dong Tien Joint Stock Company land, Tan Tien Ward; Buu Long Driver Examination Center land, Buu Long Ward.
Specifically, the land plot number 71, cadastral map sheet number 18, Tan Tien Ward, previously used by Dong Tien Joint Stock Company. The current status of this land is planned for urban and commercial service land, and has just been included in the list of land plots planned for auction of the right to use in 2024 by the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
The former land of Dong Tien Joint Stock Company is located on the front of Phan Trung Street, which has been cleared.
Bien Hoa City proposes to remove the land previously used by Dong Tien Joint Stock Company from the list of land plots planned for land auction in 2024 to build a resettlement area for people whose land was acquired for the Dong Nai riverside road project, the central axis road of Bien Hoa city and some other projects.
The former land belonging to the Oil Company, thousands of square meters wide on Ha Huy Giap Street, Quyet Thang Ward, has now also been cleared. The leader of Bien Hoa city proposed that the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province convert the construction of a resettlement area on this “golden” land to serve the purpose of relocating people to implement projects.
This is a land plot located on two sides of Huy Giap Street and Nguyen Thanh Phuong Street, only about 200m from Dong Nai River.
The leader of Bien Hoa City also proposed to build a resettlement area at the location of the Driver Examination Center in Buu Long Ward. This is a fairly large land, located near Bien Hoa Airport and Tran Bien Temple Relic, convenient for transportation.
According to the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City, if the resettlement areas are implemented in the above 3 land plots, there will be an additional of about 1,000 resettlement plots for projects that are being and will be implemented. Besides, the demand for social housing and workers’ housing is very large. If these 3 land plots are added, many households who have to give up their land for the projects will soon have a stable place to live.
