The Ministry of Finance and Industry and Trade has just issued information on adjusting gasoline prices from 3 p.m. on April 25.
Accordingly, the two ministries decided to reduce the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline by 310 VND/liter, down to 23,910 VND/liter; reduce RON 95 gasoline by 320 VND/liter, the new price is 24,910 VND/liter. Meanwhile, the price of diesel oil decreased sharply by VND 730/liter, selling at VND 20,710/liter.
Since the beginning of this year, gasoline and oil prices have increased 10 times and decreased 7 times. Similar to the previous adjustment period, the two ministries did not draw or use the Price Stabilization Fund for fuel products.
In the most recent adjustment period (April 17), the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline was adjusted up by 380 VND/liter to 24,220 VND/liter. The price of RON 95 gasoline increased by 410 VND/liter, the new price is 25,230 VND/liter. The price of diesel oil decreased by VND 170/liter, selling at VND 21,440/liter.
