BYD Atto 3 has been confirmed for Vietnam at an event currently taking place at the factory in China. This will likely be the model that the Chinese manufacturer has the highest expectations for, as it is currently a best-seller in Thailand. The banner advertisement on the BYD Vietnam fanpage also features a teaser image of the Atto 3.
With dimensions of 4,455 x 1,875 x 1,615 mm, the BYD Atto 3 is smaller than the VinFast VF 7 and larger than the VF 6. The vehicle has a wheelbase of 2,720 mm, which is 10 mm shorter than the VF 6. Therefore, the Atto 3 can be classified as being in the same category as the VF 6.
BYD’s electric SUV features an exterior design that is not as elaborate as many of its domestic rivals. The front end is simple, with a cluster of LED lens headlights connected by a panel and the BYD logo. The rear end features a strip of LED taillights that span the width of the vehicle, similar to Lexus. The vehicle is available with 17-inch and 18-inch wheels, both of which feature intricate styling.
