Mansory just recently took the automotive world by surprise when they decided to work their magic on an unlikely two-wheeled vehicle – the Vespa Elettrica electric scooter. Mansory is renowned for their opulent reinventions of luxury supercars and identifies as a high-end automotive aftermarket company based in Brand, Germany.

With that said, the Vespa Elettrica electric scooter has been given a thoroughly impressive and visually striking exterior makeover by the renowned Mansory, carrying the name Vespa Elettrica Monaco Edition.

The special edition, named the Vespa Elettrica Monaco Edition, takes inspiration from the Mansory Ferrari 458 Spider Monaco Edition supercar that was released back in 2012

However, the Vespa Elettrica Monaco Edition only packs the equivalent power of a 50cc gasoline-powered scooter

The Vespa Elettrica Monaco Edition maintains the signature Vespa design but is styled with more carbon fiber accents. The seat of the Vespa Elettrica Monaco Edition is swathed in genuine leather with diamond-pattern stitching, a familiar touch seen on the seats of supercars that have received the Mansory treatment.

The Vespa Elettrica Monaco Edition’s electric motor remains unchanged from the standard model, with 5.4 horsepower and 147 lb-ft of torque, enabling a top speed of 43 mph. The scooter offers two riding modes, Eco and Power, to provide flexibility in managing the electric power. Capable of traveling up to 62 miles on a single charge, and its 4.2 kWh lithium-ion battery can be fully charged within 4 hours via a 220V outlet, making it not only environmentally friendly but also extremely convenient.

The color scheme for the scooter also draws inspiration from Monaco, featuring a classy red and white graphic. Furthermore, the traditional Piaggio and Vespa logos have been replaced with the Mansory branding.

Mansory has given the electric Vespa a striking makeover with its premium carbon fiber body kit and genuine leather seat. From the mirror caps, fender, side panels, and even the motor casing, every detail has received the Mansory treatment, replaced with high-quality carbon fiber material.

The Vespa Elettrica Monaco Edition will have a limited run of only 99 units, adding to its exclusivity and collector’s value. Although the official pricing for this special edition has not yet been released, based on Mansory’s historical pricing, it is safe to assume that it will not fall within the budget-friendly category.

The standard Vespa Elettrica, which debuted in 2017, currently retails for around $7,999 (approximately $203 million) in the US market before taxes. If this performance-oriented Mansory take on the Vespa Elettrica follows a similar pricing strategy as their supercars, its price could reach nearly $24,000 (over $600 million), a price point comparable to, if not higher than, many current car models. However, even with the means, getting your hands on this special Vespa may prove to be a challenge, as Mansory will only be producing a limited 99 units.
