Wuling Mini EV Base Version Receives Significant Price Cut

According to reports from a Wuling dealership in southern China, the Mini EV is currently undergoing its steepest price reduction since its debut. The Base version is now priced from a mere RMB 189 million, down from its original sticker price of RMB 239 million. This represents a cumulative discount of RMB 50 million.

It should be noted that this price reduction is specific to individual dealerships and may vary across locations. A Wuling dealership in northern China is offering the Mini EV Base version at RMB 195 million.

The Wuling Mini EV Lv1 120 km (white) features distinctive exterior elements such as black iron rims and halogen projector headlights.

Dealerships have confirmed that this significant price reduction applies solely to the Mini EV Lv1 120 km (also known as Base 1). Other versions receive a modest RMB 20 million discount, as per the distributor’s policy.

Four Mini EV Variants Available

Currently, four Mini EV variants are available in the market, with sticker prices ranging from RMB 239 million to RMB 279 million.

The Base 1 version is the most basic and affordable option. Its exterior features are relatively simple, including halogen projector headlights, lack of daytime running lights, and black iron rims. This version is the lightest, weighing only 665 kg. The interior amenities of the Base and Enhanced versions differ primarily in the materials used for certain details and the audio system (one speaker versus two speakers).

The Mini EV Base version offers noticeably fewer features compared to the Enhanced version.
