Opening the seminar, a representative of the Daikiosan brand raised the issues that during nearly 10 years of in-depth research on the reality of water sources in Vietnam, the water industry market, and alkaline ionized water purifier products, the brand wishes to bring a water source that is not only clean but also good for the health of Vietnamese people.
According to the representative of this company, among the current water purification technologies such as RO, Nano, UF…, RO technology is still the most suitable for purifying polluted water as in Vietnam. However, for some water sources with unique characteristics, it is necessary to use additional MOFs technology to absorb toxic substances such as NH3, NH4… (carcinogens that RO membranes can only handle 50%).
However, the disadvantage of RO filtration technology is that it filters out all the necessary minerals in the water, so manufacturers use mineral supplement cores to provide minerals back to the water. However, the mineral supplement cores also run out of effect quickly, and users often forget to replace the cores, so it is easy to use water with a slightly acidic nature. This does not meet the requirements for water that is good for the body.

According to the company representative, alkaline ionized water is increasingly popular among people because it brings many health benefits. Imported alkaline ionized water purifier lines use UF and Nano filter membranes, which are not suitable for purifying water sources in Vietnam. Some companies use inert electrolysis after the RO membrane, however, this inert electrolysis technology must depend on the artificial mineral core. In case the mineral cores run out, electrolysis will not be possible, resulting in slightly acidic water that is not good for the human body.
