Timely and accurate information disclosure in the stock market is a fundamental responsibility of enterprises to shareholders and investors as public companies. This is also the first assessment criterion in the annual IR Awards program, co-organized by Vietstock and the Finance & Life newspaper, to honor the listed enterprise with the best IR activities of the year.
Notable Information Disclosure Violations in April 2024
In the past month (April 2024), the State Securities Commission (SSC) penalized information disclosure violations against Thuan Duc JSC (HOSE: TDP), An Binh Securities JSC (UPCoM: ABW), and Dzia An Electromechanical JSC (UPCoM: DZM) for failing to disclose information as required by law.
The SSC also penalized GKM Holdings JSC (HNX: GKM), Construction & Industrial Equipment Corporation JSC (UPCoM: CEG), and Vietnam National Vegetable Oils Industry Corporation – JSC (UPCoM: VOC) for disclosing information beyond the time limit prescribed by law.
