Brokers believe that the 5-day holiday from April 30th to May 1st is a time when many customers and investors are free from work, so they can view more properties. Therefore, instead of taking a holiday, many brokers take the opportunity to post property listings or sit at consulting points to lead customers to view houses.

According to some brokers, in recent days, the number of customers visiting real estate properties has been quite high. Most of them are visiting to learn about prices, payment methods, etc. Properties with good locations and clear legal status are receiving attention. During this time, there are also many new investment customers from the North who come to visit the property during the holiday. Accordingly, brokers have acquired a pool of potential customers during the holiday.
