According to statistics, in the first 4 months of 2024, the total number of visitors reached more than 4.8 million, an increase of 14% compared to the same period in 2023; total tourism revenue reached VND 7,300 billion, an increase of 26.9% compared to the same period in 2023.
In 2024, Thanh Hoa province aims to welcome 13.8 million visitors, with total tourism revenue reaching VND 32,387 billion. Accordingly, to stimulate and attract tourists, in 2024, Thanh Hoa’s tourism industry will coordinate to organize 145 events, of which 85 are cultural events, 30 are sporting events, and 30 are tourism events to be organized throughout 2024, contributing to realizing the message “Thanh Hoa Tourism – Four Seasons Fragrance”, creating a widespread ripple effect, attracting the interest of people and tourists.
