Province People’s Committee of Ha Nam announced an investment project for the construction of worker housing and social housing in the communes of Dong Hoa, Nhat Tan, and Dai Cuong (Kim Bang district)
The People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province has just announced an investment project for the construction of a new worker and social housing area in the communes of Dong Hoa, Nhat Tan, and Dai Cuong in Kim Bang district. The project aims to build a complete residential area with technical infrastructure for workers in industrial parks and eligible beneficiaries of social housing policies in the province.
The total investment capital for this project is nearly VND 878.5 billion. The land area is nearly 5.1 hectares, and the site has not been cleared yet.
The project includes a complex of apartment buildings with 5 blocks and a total land area of 23,656 sqm; a maximum construction density of 50%; and an expected number of about 1,151 apartments.
Of these, there are 4 blocks of 11-storey buildings with a land area of 17,059 sqm and 868 apartments; and 1 block of 9-storey building with a land area of 6,597 sqm and 283 apartments.
The project is expected to be implemented from 2024 to 2028. The construction and operation of the works are expected to be completed by December 31, 2028, within 36 months from the date of land handover.
According to the Construction Department of Ha Nam Province, as of the first quarter of 2024, the People’s Committee of Ha Nam Province has approved the investment policy for 5 social housing projects. These include 2 social housing projects for low-income people in urban areas and 3 social housing projects for workers and employees in industrial parks.
One of the projects is the social housing project in the Dong Van Xanh urban area, invested by a joint venture between Ha Nam Enterprise Joint Stock Company and Thi Son Private Enterprise, which has basically completed (with a total construction floor area of about 12,271 sqm and 372 apartments);
Another is the social housing project in Dong Van ward, Duy Tien town, invested by the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD), which is under construction (with a total construction floor area of about 50,226 sqm and 564 apartments).
There is also the social housing and worker housing project in Le Ho commune, Kim Bang district, invested by a joint venture between Flamingo Hai Tien Private Enterprise and Hong Hac Dai Lai Joint Stock Company, which is in the process of making a detailed plan at a ratio of 1/500 (with an area of about 12.03 hectares, including about 600 adjacent houses, 500 apartments with a total floor area of about 115,000 sqm)…
