General Luong Cuong Appointed as Permanent Member of the Secretariat

The Politburo reported to the Party Central Committee that the Politburo had decided to assign Comrade General Luong Cuong, a member of the Politburo and former Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, to the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee. He will take on the role of Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat.

General Luong Cuong Appointed as Permanent Member of the Secretariat

Prior to the 9th Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on May 16th, the Politburo reported to the Central Committee about their decision to assign General Luong Cuong, Politburo member and Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, to the Secretariat, where he will serve as a Permanent Member.
