STC Corp’s current and upcoming investment portfolio includes STown Thu Duc, STown Tham Luong, STown Phuc An, STown Phuc An 2, Sun Garden Da Lat, SPlus Riverview, and STown Gateway. These projects showcase the company’s presence in the real estate markets of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Lam Dong.

So far, the company has launched multiple residential projects, offering over 4,000 apartment units to the market, with prices ranging from 1 to 2 billion VND per unit.

STown Thu Duc Project

One of STC Corp’s flagship projects is the STown Thu Duc Apartments, located at 2A Duong Binh Chieu, Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc City. The project consists of two 16-story blocks offering 300 apartments, six shophouses, a swimming pool, and surrounding green parks.

Back in 2018, the project made waves in the market with prices below 20 million VND per square meter. By 2023, the price of apartments in this project had increased to over 30 million VND per square meter. All apartments in STown Thu Duc now have pink book ownership certificates.

STown Tham Luong Project

STown Tham Luong is a premium complex of apartment buildings, a commercial center, and high-end services, spanning an area of 3,205.48 square meters. It consists of two 18-story blocks offering 352 apartments and is developed by STC Corp. The project is located on the frontage of Duong Thi Giang Street, Tan Thoi Nhat Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, with expected delivery in the second quarter of 2024.

While apartment projects in District 12 have reached prices of 70-80 million VND per square meter, STown Tham Luong offers units at a more affordable range of around 30 million VND per square meter, catering to the majority of urban youth’s income.

SPlus Riverview Project

In Binh Duong, STC Corp’s first apartment project is SPlus Riverview (SRV), a complex of commercial and service apartments spanning an area of 3,267.6 square meters. It features one 18-story block offering 240 apartments, one basement level, and two commercial floors, along with a rooftop swimming pool.

SPlus Riverview Binh Duong is strategically located on the frontage of Vinh Phu 38 Street and National Highway 13 in Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province. STC Corp aims to develop this project into a leading urban area in the region within the B-class apartment segment. The project has been completed and offers long-term pink book ownership certificates. Apartment prices here are quite competitive, hovering around 22 million VND per square meter.

STown Phuc An 1 Project

STown Phuc An 1 is a modern high-rise complex of apartments and commercial spaces, planned on a 4,466-square-meter land area. It consists of two 22-story blocks offering 520 apartments and is located on N3 Street in Di An City, Binh Duong Province.

The project is adjacent to Thu Duc City and Ho Chi Minh City, approximately 9 kilometers from the city center. It boasts a range of amenities, including a community center, a commercial center, a swimming pool, a kindergarten, a cinema, a gym & yoga studio, and shophouses. All 520 ownership-certified apartments have been handed over to customers and are currently being traded at around 24 million VND per square meter.

STown Phuc An 2 Project

STown Phuc An 2 is conveniently located on N3 Street in Di An Town, Binh Duong Province, just 2 kilometers from Metro Line 1. Residents can easily commute to the center of Thu Dau Mot City, Song Than Station, and Ho Chi Minh City via major roads such as Ly Thuong Kiet, Thong Nhat, and National Highway 1K.

With a total land area of 2,200 square meters, STown Phuc An 2 features one 22-story block with 216 apartments, two basement levels for parking, and two commercial floors. Construction began in the third quarter of 2023, and delivery is expected in the fourth quarter of 2024. Apartments in this project are currently being traded at prices ranging from 23 to 24 million VND per square meter.

Sun Garden Homtel Da Lat Project

In addition to its affordable apartment projects, STC Corp is also developing Sun Garden Da Lat, a project that combines apartments and hometel services. It is built on a land area of nearly 3,011.14 square meters and consists of two towers with five floors each (one ground floor and four upper floors), offering a total floor area of 9,472 square meters.

Sun Garden Da Lat is located at 2 Nam Ho, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province. It features two blocks with 92 hometel apartments, ranging from 58.3 square meters to 79.76 square meters. Sun Garden Da Lat is a chain of hometel apartments, designed for both long-term residence and short-term rentals. Apartments in this project are currently priced at around 42 million VND per square meter.
