Great Place to Work® has just released its 2024 Best Workplaces™ in Vietnam rankings, recognizing 25 companies for their outstanding workplace cultures.
In the Large Enterprise category (over 1,000 employees), the top workplace in Vietnam is Fashion Garments, a 100% foreign-owned company. Following closely behind are three well-known names: Coca-Cola, DHL Supply Chain, and Techcombank.
Highlands Coffee, a popular café chain, and Schneider Electric Vietnam, a global leader in energy management and automation, are new entrants to the list this year.
According to Great Place to Work, Highlands Coffee operated 670 stores across the country as of last year.
Schneider Electric Vietnam is the only representative from the Engineering industry to be honored with this prestigious award.

Three out of the five companies in last year’s Top 5 for this category did not make the list this year, including VNG, Coats Phong Phu, and Maersk Vietnam.
In the Medium Enterprise category, DHL-VNPT Express Vietnam has maintained its first-place position for the third consecutive year. Other recognized companies include Hilton, Syngenta, Ericsson, Schneider, and F88…
F88, with over 820 transaction offices, is known for its comprehensive welfare system, inspiring culture, and opportunities for personal growth and value creation. This year’s rankings are based on anonymous survey responses from 125,000 employees, representing the voices of 135,000 employees across enterprises in Vietnam.

This is the third consecutive year that Great Place to Work® has announced the Best Workplaces™ in Vietnam rankings. Similar to last year, the 25 companies recognized in this year’s list are categorized into three groups: 5 Large Enterprises (over 1,000 employees), 10 Medium Enterprises (100-999 employees), and 10 Small Enterprises (10-99 employees).
