VinFast Unveils Exclusive Care Package for its Premium VF 9 Lineup

With unprecedented privileges such as a commitment to buy back pre-owned vehicles at up to 78% of the original price, an offer to trade-up to a new version for an additional 15-20%, 2 years of free charging, and prioritized exclusive services, VinFast is not only delivering an excellent and prestigious experience to its customers but also solidifying its position as the automotive brand with the best service quality in the market.

From June 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, all VF 9 owners can enjoy the privilege of exchanging their current vehicle for a new one at a very attractive cost. Customers only need to pay an additional 15% of the new car’s price for a 18-month-old pre-owned car, and 20% for a 24-month-old pre-owned car to get a completely new VF 9.

If customers wish to switch from a battery rental option to a battery-included purchase, upgrade to a higher trim level, or add optional equipment or features, they will need to pay the difference according to the actual value at the time of exchange. The registration period for this VF 9 exchange program is from June 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024.

Additionally, from June 1, 2024, to December 31, 2027, all VF 9 customers are entitled to VinFast’s commitment to buy back their vehicles. The buy-back price is 78% of the original price after 24 months of use and 70% after 36 months of use.

The conditions for the new VF 9 exchange and buy-back policies are that the vehicle must be in good legal standing and operational condition, with no history of serious accidents, malfunctions, or fire and flood damage.

To maximize customer satisfaction and provide a uniquely prestigious experience, VinFast will offer free charging for all VF 9 vehicles for the next 2 years (from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2026) at all official VinFast charging stations nationwide.

The customer service hotline 1900 23 23 89 will have a dedicated team of highly qualified specialists to serve VF 9 owners exclusively, ready to receive feedback 24/7 to promptly address all customer needs.

VinFast is also introducing exclusive repair and maintenance services for VF 9 vehicles. They guarantee immediate reception and priority service to reduce waiting time or schedule appointments according to the owners’ convenience. All VF 9 vehicles brought to official VinFast service centers nationwide will be welcomed and advised by experienced and skilled service advisors, repaired by excellent technicians, and thoroughly inspected by foremen before leaving the workshop.

Upon request, VinFast will provide free vehicle pickup and delivery within office hours at customer-designated locations within a maximum radius of 30 km from the nearest service center.
