According to a survey by Duolingo and Slack, 57% of respondents believe that online conversations feel “incomplete” without emojis. Moreover, 67% feel a stronger sense of connection when messaging someone who understands the stickers they use.

In Vietnam, some companies have joined the sticker revolution in recent years, including a notable example from the financial industry. Zalo, in particular, has seen the highest adoption rate for PVcomBank’s stickers. On this platform, the bank offers 48 dynamic sticker designs, featuring trendy catchphrases and familiar, relatable activities. This innovative approach has enhanced the user experience for both PVcomBank customers and Zalo users in general.

A spokesperson from PVcomBank shared their motivation behind the sticker initiative: “We aim to provide not just the best financial services but also to create additional emotional value for our community.
