Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SCB) has announced the auction of 27 used ATMs as part of their asset liquidation process. These ATMs are located across various regions, including Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Long An, Can Tho, Tien Giang, Dong Thap, Kien Giang, Binh Dinh, Gia Lai, and Hai Phong. SCB is offering these machines for sale as a single lot or individually, depending on the preferences of potential buyers.
The bank will utilize a competitive sealed-bid process for the auction, ultimately selling to the highest bidder for each machine. In the event of multiple bidders offering the same highest price, the liquidation committee will facilitate negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail to produce a decision, the committee will conduct a lottery to determine the winning bidder.
It’s important to note that the bid price should include VAT and cover all costs associated with dismantling, loading, transporting the ATMs, and any other relevant expenses.
