## Police Issue Arrest Warrant for Former Deputy Director of DongA Bank’s Product and Service Department, Chau Thi An Binh, in Relation to a Criminal Case

The Police Investigation Agency under the Ministry of Public Security has issued an arrest warrant for Chau Thi An Binh, the former deputy director of DongA Bank’s Product and Service Department. This development is related to an ongoing criminal case involving violations of regulations on banking activities and other related activities at DongA Bank (DAB), M&C JSC, and associated entities.

Despite having received the approved decisions and orders from the Supreme People’s Procuracy (Vụ 3), the Police Investigation Agency, in coordination with the Ward 11 Police in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, was unable to serve the necessary documents to the accused, Chau Thi An Binh, as she has fled or her whereabouts are currently unknown.

As per Clause 1, Article 231 of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code, the Police Investigation Agency issued an arrest warrant for the accused on June 24, 2024.

The agency requests that any organizations, individuals, or entities with relevant information take action to apprehend the accused and contact Investigator Luu Xuan Hai (phone number: 0983811805) at Room 2, C03 Department, 47 Pham Van Dong, Mai Dich Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
