The Bac Giang People’s Committee has approved the transfer of 200 land lots in the form of subdivision and sale of land plots to individuals for self-construction of residential housing. This approval is specifically for a new urban area project adjacent to Tan My Elementary School, with the designated land plots bearing the codes LK-01 to KL-09.

For the remaining 56 low-rise land lots in this project, the investor is not permitted to subdivide and sell land plots to individuals for self-construction as per regulations.

Moving to the new urban area project in Tan My village, Dong Son commune, the provincial government has approved the transfer of another 200 land lots for individuals to self-construct their residences. These lots are identified by the codes LK-02 to LK-12 and four lots coded as BT.

For this project, the remaining 89 low-rise land lots are also subject to the regulation prohibiting the investor from subdividing and selling land plots to individuals for self-built housing.

At the central urban area project in Dong Son commune, 219 land lots coded from LK.01 to LK.10 have been approved for transfer, allowing individuals to build their own homes. Meanwhile, the remaining 96 low-rise land lots in this project are not permitted for subdivision and sale to individuals for self-construction as per regulations.

Furthermore, the People’s Committee of Bac Giang has approved the transfer of 646 land lots in the Da Mai – Song Mai 2 urban area project in Bac Giang city, allowing individuals to construct their residences. However, the remaining 316 low-rise land lots in this project are subject to the same regulation, prohibiting their subdivision and sale for self-built housing.

The provincial government emphasizes that the notification of eligibility for land-use right transfers for residential land lots in these projects is contingent upon compliance with Decree No. 35 of 2023, the Law on Real Estate Business, the Land Law, and other relevant regulations.

The Bac Giang People’s Committee has entrusted the Department of Construction to take the lead in guiding and urging the investors and the People’s Committee of Bac Giang City to implement the related tasks as stipulated in the regulations.

Additionally, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has been assigned to take charge, in collaboration with relevant agencies, to carry out the procedures for inspecting and notifying the conditions for transferring land-use rights in the form of subdivision and sale of land plots for self-construction, in accordance with the Land Law and related regulations.
