South Korean Enterprises Discover Attractive Investment Opportunities in Vinh Phuc Province

On June 28, 2024, the event “Investment Promotion in Industrial Parks in Vinh Phuc” attracted the participation of nearly 100 Korean enterprises. Through direct exchange sessions with provincial leaders and industrial park investors, Korean businesses received a lot of useful information and found attractive investment opportunities.

Providing accurate information about the investment environment in Vietnam, particularly in Vinh Phuc province, and supporting Korean businesses in easily accessing the Vietnamese investment market, CNCTech Group—a leading industrial park developer in Vinh Phuc—has collaborated with top experts in the field to organize the event “Investment Promotion in Industrial Parks in Vinh Phuc.”

The event was attended by representatives of the Provincial People’s Committee, leaders of agencies and sectors, Mr. Han Jeong Ho, Chairman of the Korean Business Association in Vinh Phuc, along with nearly 100 Korean businesses and industrial park investors in the province.

Vinh Phuc – An Ideal Investment Destination for Korean Businesses

With its favorable geographical location, open investment environment, synchronized and modern infrastructure, transparent legal system, ensured security and order, and abundant human resources, Vinh Phuc province has become an attractive destination for investors. The province currently has 1,313 projects, including 472 FDI projects with a total investment of over $8.3 billion, and 841 DDI projects with a total investment of about VND 145,000 billion. Notably, out of more than 20 countries and territories, South Korea ranks first in both the number of investment projects and registered capital, with 238 projects and a total investment of over $3 billion. Many large Korean corporations are operating efficiently and contributing positively to the province’s socio-economic development, including Sindoh, Cammsys, Partron, Daewoo Bus, JH Vina, Heasung Vina, ShinWon, Vina Korea, ISC Vina, and Solum…

Speaking at the event, the representative of the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee shared: “Throughout its development, Vinh Phuc has always held the view that businesses are an important driving force for development; the success of businesses is also the success of the province; investors in the province are considered citizens of the province; and creating the most favorable business environment for businesses to develop.”

Vinh Phuc has become an attractive investment destination.

To date, there are 16 established industrial parks in the province, with nine currently in operation. According to the master plan approved by the Prime Minister, by 2030, Vinh Phuc province will develop 27 industrial parks with a total land area of 7,000 hectares and 51 industrial clusters with a total area of 1,700 hectares. The province is actively implementing potential industrial park projects, notably the Nam Binh Chuan Industrial Park (Green Park) project located in the high-tech planning area.

Korean Businesses Gain Access to Valuable Information About the Investment Environment in Vinh Phuc Province

Through an open discussion program, many questions and concerns about the investment process in Vinh Phuc and Vietnam were addressed and resolved. Notably, Korean businesses also raised their investment needs and trends, proposing effective solutions to promote investment attraction into industrial parks in the province. This valuable information will help the locality and industrial infrastructure development units build appropriate directions for the future.

Regarding the decision to invest in Vinh Phuc province, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CNCTech Group, shared: “Vinh Phuc province has many advantages in attracting investment, especially its proximity to Hanoi and the airport.
