“Celebrating the Most Patriotic, the Most Vietnamese Materials”
Sun Symphony Residence is not just the brainchild of over 50 architects from various nations, but it is also a labor of love, a tribute to Vietnamese culture.
After more than 1,000 days of meticulous planning, Sun Group, together with their design partner, the giant Aedas, carefully selected a design that would do justice to the project’s stature while respecting the principles of the five elements. They unanimously chose the image of a coiled dragon soaring above the Ngu Hanh Son mountains as the main source of inspiration. This decision transformed Sun Symphony Residence into an iconic tribute, elevating local culture and traditions.
The Nam Thien Danh Thang Ngu Hanh Son, a stunning work of art that combines picturesque landscapes and the remnants of the Champa civilization, holds historical and spiritual significance. It symbolizes the balance of the five elements, while the dragon, a mythical creature deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture, represents the noble lineage of “Con Rong, Chau Tien” (Dragon’s Children).
The Symphony, with its three towers and five units of varying heights, resembles a coiled dragon from above. From a different perspective, it also stands tall like the majestic Ngu Hanh Son mountain range, invoking a sense of prosperous feng shui, bringing good fortune and luck to its residents.
This proud architectural feat is evident in the intricate details adorning each tower. For instance, at the highest point of each tower, the masterminds from Aedas seamlessly blended architecture and lighting design to create the image of a “precious jewel,” harmonizing with the Long Chau Nha Ngoc (Dragon吐s Pearl) symbol. This fusion embodies the essence of heaven and earth, encapsulating the aspirations for prosperity and success.
“We aim to create a symbol of future prosperity alongside the Han River by embracing and celebrating the most patriotic, the most Vietnamese materials,” shared a representative from Aedas.
In parallel, the low-rise subdivision, The Sonata, pays homage to the vibrant trading port of ancient Hoi An through contemporary Hoi An-style architecture in each townhouse and villa.

Hoi An architecture is a harmonious blend of diverse cultural influences, resulting in a unique and impressive style. It typically utilizes natural materials such as wood, bricks, and tiles. The houses feature spacious porches and large windows to capture natural light and breezes, creating a cool and airy ambiance. Hoi An architecture is distinguished by its attention to detail, from the intricate roof patterns to the exquisite wall paintings, striking a balance between elegance, beauty, and a sense of familiarity.
Together, they compose a harmonious symphony, giving life to Sun Symphony Residence. This creative masterpiece showcases the distinctive charm of Vietnamese culture along the Han River, the heart and soul of Danang.
Painting a Picture of Refined Living
Occupying a prime location where auspicious energies converge, Sun Symphony Residence is nestled amidst the four natural treasures of river, mountain, sea, and forest that grace Danang. It is safe to say that this development embodies every aspirational value, offering a transcendent living experience in the heart of nature.
Guided by the philosophy of placing residents at the core and optimizing their experiences and emotions, the entire landscape planning, overall architecture, and design of each residence type in The Symphony and The Sonata have been meticulously crafted to define a lifestyle akin to a vacation in the heart of Danang. As a result, each apartment in The Symphony boasts 3-4 breathtaking views, encompassing the enchanting Han River, the pristine My Khe Beach, the lush Son Tra Peninsula, and the majestic Ba Na Hills.

In addition to the standard luxury apartments, Sun Symphony Residence offers limited-edition residence types that elevate the living experience to new heights: duplex, dual front, and garden house. These residences are the epitome of refined living. The garden house resembles a villa with a spacious garden and direct views of the Han River or the lush Central Park. Meanwhile, the dual front apartments stand out with their dual frontage and unparalleled views within a single residence.
Among these, the duplex apartments in The Symphony have become a favored choice among the elite. With their elegant mezzanine levels and floor-to-ceiling Low-e glass, they offer expansive views of the surrounding nature, solidifying the allure of these coveted duplexes. For those seeking the ultimate in spaciousness and convenience at the highest point of the building, a limited number of penthouses are available, offering the option of rooftop gardens, private pools, and more.
The Sonata, on the other hand, presents a unique value proposition: “calm within vibrancy.” While drawing inspiration from traditional Hoi An homes, the townhouses and villas seamlessly blend characteristic Hoi An architecture with modern touches, creating a harmonious fusion within the dynamic and contemporary development. As a result, each home exudes a blend of tradition and modernity, offering a vibrant yet serene lifestyle. The Sonata also boasts a comprehensive range of amenities, from exclusive on-site facilities to exciting entertainment options, introducing the Semi-Compound trend to Danang.

However, it is the meticulous calculations and attention to detail in the design of each residence, coupled with nearly 50% of the area dedicated to green spaces and amenities, that truly elevate the quality of life for the residents of this prestigious development. This is the essence of the human-centric design philosophy.
As a result, residents of Sun Symphony Residence will have access to an array of premium on-site amenities, including an infinite pool spanning 450m2 with mesmerizing views of the romantic Han River, a 5,000m2 Central Park serving as a lush green oasis, three waterfronts, and countless other facilities.
