“The Ministry of Public Security: Cong Minh Green Tree Company Participates in 600 Tenders Worth Thousands of Billions of Dong”

The Security Investigation Agency, under the Ministry of Public Security, has launched an investigation into alleged "violations of bidding regulations with serious consequences", "bribery", and "acceptance of bribes" involving the urban greenery company Cong Minh. The Ministry has urged any organizations or individuals with information or involvement in the company's wrongdoings to come forward and provide information to assist in the investigation, with the potential for leniency in accordance with the law.

At a press conference held on July 08, 2024, to announce the performance of public security tasks in the first six months of 2024, Colonel Nguyen Tuan Hung, Deputy Director of the Security Investigation Agency under the Ministry of Public Security, announced that on January 08, 2024, the Security Investigation Agency decided to initiate legal proceedings against Cong Minh Green Tree Company for “violating regulations on bidding, causing serious consequences”, “bribery”, and “receiving bribes”

Up to now, the Security Investigation Agency under the Ministry of Public Security has determined that Cong Minh Green Tree Company colluded with investors to participate in bidding packages and designated bids.

Cong Minh Green Tree Company also used other legal entities to participate in bidding and won many contracts.

Specifically, Cong Minh Green Tree Company used 50 companies within its ecosystem to participate in about 600 packages, winning many contracts worth thousands of billions of VND.
