Inspection of Violations Related to Phuc Son and Thuan An Corporations

Mr. Tran Van Ron stated that in the last six months of 2024, the Central Inspection Commission would inspect and guide provincial and municipal party committees to inspect party committees, organizations, and members with signs of violations in leading and directing the implementation of projects and contracts carried out by Phuc Son Joint Stock Company and Thuan An Joint Stock Company. This inspection follows the Conclusion of the Central Steering Committee for Corruption and Negative Phenomenon Prevention and Control. The Commission will also inspect violations related to civil judgment enforcement in some localities.

“Continue to guide party committees, organizations, and the Central Inspection Commission to complete the inspection, audit, and discipline of organizations and members with violations related to AIC Company,” Mr. Tran Van Ron emphasized.

Party committees, organizations, and Inspection Commissions at all levels will continue to perform tasks as stipulated in the Party Charter, including asset and income declaration, and tasks assigned by the Party committees. The focus will be on inspecting signs of violations, promptly detecting and handling party organizations and members with signs of degeneration in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, “self-evolution,” and “self-transformation.” Those who violate party regulations, fail to set a good example, or violate the law of the state, as well as those involved in corruption, negative phenomena, and interest groups, will be strictly handled. The Commissions will also address urgent issues in society.
