‘High Drama’ at the 2024 SGS AGM

On July 10, Saigon Shipping Corporation (UPCoM: SGS) held its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. However, what unfolded during the assembly took the shareholders by surprise, as heated arguments and dramatic scenes dominated the proceedings. The meeting witnessed intense debates, leading to the departure of several shareholders, including representatives of major shareholders. The tension culminated in the rejection of most proposals and even the failure to pass the assembly's resolutions.
