The Da Nang Construction Department has announced the acceptance of applications for social housing rentals at the Bàu Tràm Lakeside Green Urban Area project, developed by Saigon – Da Nang Joint Stock Investment Company, in Hoa Hiep Nam ward, Lien Chieu district.
In this offering, the developer is renting a total of 257 apartments ranging from 45 sq. m to 70 sq. m. The rental rate is VND 70,000 per sq. m per month, resulting in monthly rents ranging from VND 2.5 million to less than VND 5 million per apartment.

The application period will end on August 15th. Households or individuals interested in renting must meet the requirement of not currently owning a house and having a permanent residence or temporary residence of at least 1 year in Da Nang city.
During the period of 2021-2023, Da Nang city completed the investment of 8 blocks of social housing in 3 projects, including the social housing project at Bàu Tràm Lakeside Green Urban Area, with a total of 1,774 apartments.
In 2024, Da Nang will focus on expediting the progress of 5 social housing projects, striving to complete 2,750 apartments.
Additionally, the city plans to finalize the selection of investors for 3 social housing projects funded by non-state budget sources and initiate the investment promotion process for new projects in the period of 2024-2025.
