Honda Vietnam has announced attractive promotions for its range of automobiles, valid from August 5 to 31. The models included in this offer are the CR-V, City, and Accord, among others. Customers are required to complete 100% of the payment procedure to avail of these discounts.
Notably, the Honda City sedan in the B-segment is offered with substantial support for the G and L versions, with a 100% reduction in registration fees, equivalent to a discount of VND 55 million and VND 58 million, respectively. Additionally, the RS version comes with a 50% registration fee support, equivalent to a discount of VND 30 million, along with a complimentary one-year physical insurance package. Authorized dealers are also offering additional cash incentives ranging from VND 10 million to VND 30 million.
For the Honda CR-V, the G version benefits from a 100% reduction in registration fees, while the L version receives a 50% discount and a complimentary one-year physical insurance package. These promotions translate to a savings of approximately VND 100 million for buyers.
Applied according to the 10% registration fee rate
The Honda BR-V, a small multi-purpose vehicle, offers support for 50% of the registration fee for both the G and L versions, valued at approximately VND 33 million and VND 35.5 million, respectively. Similarly, a 50% registration fee reduction is also applicable to all three versions of the Honda HR-V, amounting to between VND 35 million and VND 43.5 million.
As for the Honda Accord, the company is offering a direct cash discount of VND 220 million, resulting in a new price range of VND 1,099 billion to VND 1,109 billion.

In reality, Honda Vietnam has been offering price reductions and promotions for most of its automotive products since the end of last year and continuing into the present. This strategy is believed to stimulate consumer demand in the context of a stagnant automotive market.
According to Honda Vietnam’s business results, automobile sales in June reached 1,381 units, a 17.1% increase compared to the previous month and a 2.7% decrease compared to the same period in 2023.
The Honda City was the top-selling model, with 443 units sold, a 46.2% increase compared to May. The Honda CR-V ranked second with 315 units sold, followed by the small MPV Honda BR-V with 248 units. Other models include the Honda HR-V (237 units), Honda Civic (130 units), and Honda Accord (8 units).
Cumulative sales for the first six months of the year reached 10,481 units, a 10.5% increase compared to the same period in 2023. The Honda City remains the flagship model, with cumulative sales of 3,316 units, accounting for nearly one-third of the total automobiles sold in the market.
