The 4th Industrial Real Estate Forum in 2024 is an annual, reputable, and specialized event in the field of industrial real estate and investment connection in Vietnam, organized by Dau Tu Newspaper under the guidance and patronage of the Ministry of Planning and Investment. The forum gathers state agency leaders, experts, business associations, and industrial park investors, with recognition categories that ensure criteria for green and sustainable industrial development, environmental protection, and creating value for society and the community.

With a focus on developing sustainable industrial parks by greening them and creating valuable contributions to society, Hoang Quan Group was honored in the “Industrial Real Estate Developer with Green Transformation Strategy 2024” category. This recognition was carefully evaluated and chosen by the organizers based on the group’s implementation of advanced measures, including the use of renewable energy, environmentally friendly design, and optimization of production processes to reduce emissions and resource consumption at Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park (Binh Thuan) and Binh Minh Industrial Park (Vinh Long). This honor is a testament to Hoang Quan Group’s significant contributions to the government’s and community’s efforts in creating sustainable development and protecting the environment.

Besides being a pioneer in developing social housing with a chain of 24 projects nationwide, Hoang Quan Group also has a strong background and experience in industrial infrastructure development.
