The warehouse was found to contain LPG cylinders and equipment used for refilling LPG cylinders.

Market Management Team No. 7, along with relevant authorities, temporarily seized two trucks carrying gas and refilling equipment.

The first truck, a white vehicle with license plate number 22C-026.17, has a payload of 2.325 tons and is owned by Trinh Thanh Van. At the time of inspection, the truck bed contained a metal tank filled with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) of unknown capacity.

This tank was directly connected to three LPG refilling machines, each connected to a 12 kg LPG cylinder and in the process of refilling and charging LPG into the cylinders.

The second truck, a green vehicle with license plate number 29H-065.83, has a payload of 2.4 tons and was driven by Mr. Pham Quang Trung. The truck bed contained 65 LPG cylinders filled with LPG, and the valves of these cylinders lacked the protective nylon seal.

Additionally, authorities discovered 553 empty LPG cylinders of various brands, each with a capacity of 12 kg, and 12 kg of unused nylon seals bearing the brands “Vạn Lá»™c Gas” and “Venus Petrol Gas,” all stored within the warehouse.

Trinh Thanh Van was unable to produce any documents, invoices, or receipts related to her gas refilling operations during the inspection.

Based on the findings, the inspection team from Market Management Team No. 7, along with the coordinating forces, concluded that Trinh Thanh Van exhibited signs of “engaging in illegal LPG refilling and charging from bulk tanks into LPG cylinders.”

The inspection team from Market Management Team No. 7, along with the coordinating forces, decided to temporarily seize all goods, exhibits, and vehicles. They also requested that Trinh Thanh Van continue cooperating with the inspecting authorities to clarify and handle the case in accordance with the law.
